FAQ

☑ How long does shipping take?⌄

Each RainFall is made to order. Production starts on Nov 4 and takes up to 21 days. After that, shipping takes around 14 business days, with tracking included from the moment it leaves until it arrives at your door.

☑ How does it work?⌄

Unscrew your old shower head, wrap the thread of your shower arm with plumber’s tape and screw RainFall on by hand. Turn on the water: it rains down from the plate under the car while the lights glow.

☑ Is it a real car part?⌄

No. It’s a rain shower head shaped like a supercar, with no badges or logos. The car body is the cover, and the water comes from the rain plate underneath.

☑ Is it custom-made?⌄

Yes. Every RainFall is made to order, which is why it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf products. Production takes up to 21 days, and after that shipping takes around 14 business days.
